Our application procedure is simple. Please see below for Freshman, Transfer or Current Student applications and instructions.

Deadline for Fall 2010: May 1
Priority deadline for Fall 2010: February 1

Incoming Freshman must score a minimum ACT Composite of 30 or the equivalent SAT Composite of 1320 combined Math and Verbal and have a minimum high school GPA of 3.75 on a 4.0 scale.

Incoming Freshman may apply to the Honors Program when they submit their application to the University of Kansas through Admissions and Scholarships. Click the box "I would like my application to be reviewed for admission into the University Honors Program" on the first page of the online application.

Applications will not be reviewed until a transcript is received by Admissions and Scholarships.

Deadlines for transfer students: June 1 (for fall admission) and January 2 (for spring admission).

Deadlines for current KU students: May 15 (for fall admission) and December 1 (for spring admission).

Transfer Students Please Note :

1. Submit an application for admission to the University of Kansas through the Office of Admissions and Scholarships.

2. Apply to the program through the Honors program website.

3. Have your current college fax or mail a copy of your transcript directly to the Honors Program once you've submitted your application. Applications will not be reviewed until a transcript is received.
