An honors student's education takes place both within and outside the classroom. The honors classes are designed to engage the student's intellectual curiousity, the honors tutorial to acquaint the student with research and research resources, and finally out-of-classroom experiences to add breadth to the overall undergraduate experience in honors at KU. The program strives to graduate its students who have gained a deeper and more complex view of the world they are entering.
