Nunemaker Center is at 1506 Engel Road, on Daisy Hill. Built in 1970, Nunemaker is a special building for the Honors Program where many honors courses and tutorials meet. Nunemaker houses staff offices, classrooms, conference rooms, meeting areas, reference/reading area, student kitchen, and student meeting rooms. Nunemaker also offers wireless internet for students. It is open days and evenings.

Through the generosity of Irene Nunemaker, this uniquely styled building is intended to reflect the creative energy of Honors Program faculty, staff and students. Ms. Nunemaker, who donated the money for the construction and furnishing of the building, intended that students meet here for classes, for discussions, for meetings with visiting professors, and read the newspapers and magazines to stay on top of recent national and world events.The building also provides space for program staff, study areas and lounges, and is open in the evenings for study. Many honors classes and honors tutorials are taught in Nunemaker. For honors students, it is a home away from home.
